📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate medical care and support to employees in case of accidents or illnesses.
• Conduct first aid and emergency medical treatments as required.
• Administer medications and treatments as per medical protocols.
• Monitor and record patient health data and medical history.
• Assist in health and safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain and update medical records and reports.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the overall well-being of employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic in a similar setting.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language.
• Certification as a Paramedic (SIPP or equivalent).
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency medical procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
