📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash operations, including cash reconciliation, deposit processing, and bank account management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and financial dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal auditors to conduct regular financial audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash balances and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for operations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial oversight and compliance roles, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
