📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Support the finance team in audits and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
