📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and control company expenses to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cost control and financial reporting is a plus.
