📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons in hospitality management courses.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into course materials.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the quality of the hospitality management program.
• Provide feedback and support to students on their assignments and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven teaching experience or a strong interest in education.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of hospitality management software such as Cvent, SIRSI, or similar systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel for professional development and conference attendance.
