• Represent the Bangka Belitung Climate Authority at national and international climate forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline, preferably with a focus on climate resilience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in climate change management, with a proven track record in leading climate projects.
• Certification in Climate Change Adaptation or related fields is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of climate data analysis tools such as GIS, Remote Sensing, and Climate Modeling Software.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of climate experts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
