📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client data ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute mailing campaigns to enhance client engagement and communication.
• Develop and implement data management processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Private Banking team to ensure seamless integration of data management practices.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on data management activities.
• Support the team in achieving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and mailing services.
• Proficient in using data management software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial services and Private Banking operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
