HR Generalist - Talent & Culture Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
