As a Dispatch & Warehouse Assistant, you'll handle daily warehouse tasks, including inventory tracking, order picking, and packing. You'll also coordinate with our dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar software.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including shelving and storage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient order fulfillment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in inventory management or order fulfillment.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20kg.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
