📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract passive candidates.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in recruitment or HR-related fields is a plus.
