📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for structural steel construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they remain within budget.,Prepare and submit regular cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cost management.,Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve cost-related issues.,Provide cost advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on structural steel construction projects.,Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
