📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market analysis and provide sales reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
