📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing excellent customer service and sales of optical products.
• Assisting customers with selecting and fitting frames and lenses.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Stocking and managing inventory.
• Promoting special offers and new products.
• Assisting with store setup and closing procedures.
• Reporting to the store manager on daily sales and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in optical sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of optical products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
