📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement best practices and procedures for project management.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
