📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a pleasant and welcoming shopping experience for customers, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.,Train and mentor retail staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
