📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor food costs and inventory levels,Prepare and maintain food and beverage menus,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks,Valid food handler's permit
