Diamond Code Berjaya is looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Kitchen Crew to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our head chef in preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
  • Preparing food for events and special occasions
  • Assisting with food costing and inventory management
  • Working as part of a team to ensure that all orders are filled on time
  • Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
