As a Junior HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll processing, and insurance enrollment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, in collaboration with the HR team.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documents.,Conduct basic HR research and analysis to support decision-making processes.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and be a reliable and supportive team member.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or individuals with limited HR experience.,Good knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
