Fast Point Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and outgoing Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and increase sales.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support company goals.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
