Berkah Dian Health Center is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory services. You will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.,Assist in quality control processes to maintain laboratory standards.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.,Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.,Comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques (preferred).,Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
