📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Organize and facilitate training and development programs,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Assist in the performance management process,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,1-3 years of experience in HR or related field,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Proficient in English and Indonesian,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
