📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor teams, as well as to handle sensitive and confidential information.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
