📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations to ensure high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's unique identity.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by driving sales and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food costing and budgeting.,Ability to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
