Berkah Indra Auto Service is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet management.,Train and supervise drivers and other staff on fleet management practices.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
