📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ATS.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
