📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Represent the department at meetings and events,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to management,Handle departmental budget and financial planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of achieving departmental goals,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus
