📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, design, and construction of projects.,Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor project progress and report to the Site Engineer.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.,Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
