📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Train and develop restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting.
• Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as QuickBooks, Toast, or Lightspeed.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English is a must, with basic Indonesian language skills a plus.
