As our Accounts Receivable & Cashier Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing cash flow, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial records. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to maintain financial integrity and support our growth in the digital commerce space. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy, you’ll use tools like QuickBooks and SAP to streamline processes and improve financial management.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process daily cashier transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations, using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements and aged receivables.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or cashier roles, preferably in a digital commerce or logistics environment.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP for financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in financial accounting or related field is a plus.
