📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products and services.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our clients.
• Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Develop and implement processes for creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Provide training and support to junior technical writers and other team members as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation is integrated into the overall product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Proven experience working with software development teams and other technical stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
