Green School Bali is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding & Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students and staff. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures to protect students and staff from harm.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Provide training and support to staff on safeguarding and compliance issues.,Investigate and report incidents of safeguarding breaches or non-compliance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including child protection and health and safety regulations.,Monitor and report on the effectiveness of safeguarding and compliance measures.,Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to ensure the safe and well-being of all students and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, social work, or law.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safeguarding or compliance role, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including child protection and health and safety regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits.,Experience in providing training and support on safeguarding and compliance issues.
