📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the ship, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of crew members, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the ship to ensure it is in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other necessary maritime certifications.,Proven experience in managing a team and ensuring safety and compliance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent customer service skills.
