📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.,Experience with IT support software and tools.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
