Quick Port Ekspansindo is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are maintained, operated efficiently, and used effectively to support our business operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Plan and schedule vehicle usage to support business operations and meet customer demands.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and usage to management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
