The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving traffic and conversions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.,Manage and optimize our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.,Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, stories, and graphics.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.,Manage and maintain our Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.,Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and practices.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
