As the Branch Head - Retail Operations, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, training and mentoring your team, and ensuring that our retail stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung meet and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with the central team to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of retail associates, providing training and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the central team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing retail stores and teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
