📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.,Processing orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assisting in stock management and inventory control.,Promoting our menu items and special offers to customers.,Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Providing feedback to the kitchen staff about customer preferences and complaints.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 10 kg.
