📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Manage staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with restaurant operations and management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
